Automation of penalty scores following creation of a score intent?

Since the launch of WHS, England Golf has seen an increase in the number of general play score submissions by players and, in turn, an increase in the number of score intents that have not been satisfied.

The following document was issued by England Golf on 12th November 2021, detailing how and when they intend to implement these penalty scores.
