The intention of the swindles is to promote friendship and social interaction within the Seniors’ golf membership. They are for new and existing members as well as guests to utilise a number of tee times which more or less guarantee a game, but for one reason or another, advance booking is not always possible or convenient.
Swindles are played on Monday’s and Thursday’s. Monday’s tee times are between 08.48 and 09.20 and Thursday’s tee times are between 08.40 and 09.36 (that is when there is not a home Inter-Club match on either day).
The draws for both days are made by Lou Rayner and sent to all members by email advising them of their tee time and who they will be playing with. If you would like to play on one or both of these days please contact Lou Rayner, Mobile: 07813 620644 or Email: lousuerayner@live.co.uk.
Please ensure that you arrive ahead of your allotted tee time so that you are ready to play as occasionally there are drop outs resulting in last minute changes, which means that you might be playing earlier than you expect
